We’re looking for someone to move into our gorgeous three bedroom unit in Toorak and take over the remainder of our lease from mid October – November (happy to work with you about a move in date that works for everyone).

We love this apartment. It has everything you could ask for –
– three large bedrooms
– floor to ceiling windows, lots of sunlight
– amazing bathtub
– accompanying parking spot right outside the door
– separate laundry
– the flowers that grow on the plant right outside the door every winter are stunning. Also the birds that love to hang out on the fence outside the bedroom windows are couple goals.
– 10 minute walk to Toorak Village – Coles, Woolies, a 24/7 gym, doctor’s office, Chemist Warehouse can get a manicure there too.
– 10 minute walk to Toorak station and trams. There’s a Snap Fitness like 7 min further ahead.

All in all it’s a great spot. The owner’s been pretty unobtrusive the entire two years we’ve lived here as well. Our lease is till April and is likely to get renewed. Rent is $850 a week and paid monthly.

We’ve loved living here but sadly have to move. 🥲. Give us a shout if you’re looking to move in.
