Create your account on our site using the ‘Register’ button and then click on ‘Create Listing’ to create your first listing!
Simply log into your account and through the dashboard go to ‘My Properties’ tab and edit the listing to update its status.
Your property will remain on our platform as “Leased” for up to 90days and then it will finally be removed. If you want your property to be removed urgently, please contact us via the contact page.
Every property has a ‘label’ on its thumbnail and the property page which displays its status. Alternatively, you can create your account and contact the current tenant through a direct message from the property page. All your messages and replies will be accessible through your User Dashboard
You can list any type of property you like, whether it be breaking lease or just listing your own property for rent. Our aim is to match potential tenants to best available properties. The best part is that we never charge you any fee for any type of listing, it’s always for FREE!

Once you have created an account, you can contact a current tenant by clicking on the ‘Direct Message’ button, either on the property page or through their profile.
All your conversations will be available under ‘Messages’ in your ‘User Dashboard’.
Yes, you can exchange contact details and get in touch with the potential tenant directly to organize inspection times to showcase your property for an urgent lease transfer.
