I’m looking for a student to take over my private studio. Your own bathroom, your own kitchenette, no flatmates.

THE STUDIO (approx. 21m²)
– Double bed with under-bed storage and reading lamp
– Private en-suite bathroom
– Air conditioning (and heating in winter)
– Wall-mounted HD TV
– Study desk, chair, lamp, pin board and bookshelf
– Built-in wardrobe and full-length mirror
– Table and chairs
– Kitchenette: microwave/convection oven, two-burner cooktop, fridge, kettle, toaster
– Louvre windows with block-out blinds

BUILDING
– 24/7 on-site support and the Sonder wellbeing app

LOCATION
Right in the CBD, close to Queen Victoria Market and tram lines.

RENT AND MOVE-IN
– $755/week, all bills and internet included
– Upfront: 4 weeks’ rent as bond (about $3,020, lodged with the RTBA, refundable) + 2 weeks’ rent in advance, paid to Iglu
– Contract runs to 15 February 2027. You can apply to Iglu for a further agreement after that (their approval needed)
– Official Iglu takeover, not a sublet. You sign directly with Iglu and pay nothing to me
– Students only: 18+, enrolled in a tertiary course, COE and valid student visa. Iglu approves all applicants
