You would be living with my lovely roommate who works full time, is incredibly tidy and respectful and owns a very friendly corgie (therefore you must like dogs!)

* 5 minute walk to Acland Street (Coles, Woolworths, public transport, retail shopping, nightlife etc.) 🛒🚃🥂

* Apartment is right across from the marina- balcony views of the ocean 🐚

The apartment:

* 1 bedroom available (pictured below) with floor to ceiling wardrobe

* Bathroom + dryer & washer included

* Kitchen (includes fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove etc.)

* Furnished communal area

* Furnished balcony overlooking the water 🪴

* Skylights in kitchen and hallway ☀️

* Has been recently renovated by the owner

The practicals:

* $390/week + bills

* Bond: 1 months rent (divided between 2 people)

* Lease ends: November 2026 (but would have the option to discuss with the real estate agent about extending)

Move in:

* Asap

As this is a lease transfer, you will have to submit the relevant application and forms to the real estate agent for approval by the property owner. Happy to help out with that 😊
