Washer and dryer are at the Basement floor and shared,  also needing extra cost of $10 in total to use each time

All appliances like rice cooker, water heater, plates, cutlery, food, etc are not included.
Requirements:

-Must be an enrolled student (CoE or university confirmation letter required)

-Currently residing in Australia

-No Smoking/No pets

-Must be a new Scape resident (not currently residing or booked with Scape elsewhere)
