The property is about a 15 minute walk to Ruthven station, and a short drive away from both Reservoir and Summerhill shops.

There is 1 private parking spot and plenty on the street. The neighbours have been super quiet and nice.

Next rent is due 12th Oct and is paid til then however I am happy for you to move in earlier if needed, we can work out a reasonable amount.
