I’m looking to move closer to work and so need someone to take over my lease that runs until August 2026 with the opportunity to renew on a new lease with the landlord from then.
Located on Mackenzie St, you’re a short walk to Melbourne Central, Carlton Garden, Universities, the CBD and plenty of tram or train options to get you around – though our street is quietly tucked away from the busyness. The apartment and building features:
