• currently in Australia
• over 18 years of age
• in the case of a shared room the same gender and age status as the Resident (e.g. male or female student, over 18 and in some cases from the same university)
• A new Scape customer (e.g. The replacement tenant cannot be a person who already resides at Scape, who has a booking confirmed with Scape for future residency or a past Scape resident who has broken their lease).
