It is a lease transfer, so you will live here alone. If anyone plans to study in Melbourne next semester (or knows someone who is) and wants to get a head start on finding a place to live close to campus, I have a studio apartment that can be taken over.

It’s a 2-room studio apartment that can be rented for AUD 419 per week, starting immediately. It’s located in the CBD, just a 5-minute walk from RMIT and the University of Melbourne. I’m the only one living here, but I’ll be moving out once someone is found to take over. The weekly rent is AUD 40 cheaper than the listed price for similar apartments at Scape next semester (due to a price increase).
