• Rent per week: $479
• Contract end date: 2 February 2026 (Extendable)
• Fully furnished, modern building, great location
• Access to all Scape facilities (gym, communal kitchen, study rooms, laundry, events, etc.)
• Prime Location: 3Mins from State Library Victoria, Melbourne Central, QV

Requirements:
✔ Must be an enrolled student (CoE or university confirmation letter)
✔ Currently in Australia
✔ Over 18
✔ Must be a new Scape resident (not currently living or booked with Scape)
