Due to a change in circumstances, I am unfortunately having to seek a lease break for my unit; the current lease is through until November 17th.
This 1 bedroom unit is in an ideal location, being only around a 10 minute walk from Essendon Station, and around a 5 minute walk to the route 59 tram that runs down Elizabeth Street into the CBD, making the commute into the city easy. It’s also a short drive or walk to Puckle Street, with plenty of dining options, and the convenience of supermarkets and plenty of other stores in the Moonee Ponds Central complex, no need to travel far for the everyday essentials. It’s also only a block from picturesque Queens Park and the Moonee Ponds swimming pool for the warmer months.
The unit itself has everything you could need with electric heating for winter and ceiling fans for summer, and nice high ceilings to help with heat distribution. With floor to ceiling windows, the unit is also bright and light, even in the winter months. The bedroom is well sized, fitting a double bed with ease, and there is plenty of cupboard space in the large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom too is a decent size and is directly off the bedroom for convenience. For added security, entry into the unit is behind a security door, with an intercom system into the unit also.
There is also off-street parking, with an assigned space at the rear of the building.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living here, and it has been the ideal location for me to leave the car at home and commute to work on the train, but unfortunately I am having to move interstate, so I am hoping to find a tenant to move in and enjoy Moonee Ponds just as much as I have.
