Our apartment has a warm, modern vibe, it’s clean, bright, and super comfortable to live in. The open-plan living and dining area feels spacious and opens onto a large balcony, perfect for a morning coffee, catching up with friends, or relaxing in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, plates, bowls, and a hidden laundry with a washer and dryer.

The bedroom is cozy and filled with natural light from a skylight, giving it a fresh, open feel during the day. The bathroom is sleek, modern, and easy to maintain.

Water bills and Wi-Fi are included in the rent, while gas and electricity are split evenly between flatmates. The apartment is shared with two friendly uni students, they are easy-going, respectful, and fun to live with so don’t worry about that 🙂

I’m currently looking for someone to take over my lease from 1st November to 23rd February (move-in date is flexible if you need to come earlier). Over summer (mid-December to February), my friends will be away, so the apartment will be quiet, which is perfect if you prefer a calm and private environment.
