Cozy 2 Bedroom Shared Apartment (The lease is for one of the bedrooms + the common areas)

Available from: 1st July 2025 onwards (I need to provide 2 weeks’ notice for the lease transfer)

Rent: $408 / week (inclusive of all bills and all facilities listed below)

I will be paying for a full cleaning of the apartment. The photos attached have an image of my current room and the rest is what the rooms should look like after the full cleaning.
