– you’ll have allocated fridge, freezer & pantry space

– My flatmate & I were the first tenants so it’s really clean & everything works well

House rules:

– guests/ friends fully allowed for short or long periods of time, you just have to let your flatmate know

– quiet time starts past 12am, try to keep noise levels down. outside of that, you’re free to play music etc!

– you can cook/ hang out in common areas whenever, but if you’re doing so with friends, just let your flatmate know!
