Lease: 18 Nov 2026 – 5 July 2027
Rent: $539/week
the current website price is $549/week, and i’ll reimburse you 1 week’s rent ($539) if you successfully take over the lease!!
room type: Double Bed Standard View Studio

The takeover will need to be done properly through Scape’s official website/email etc. so you’ll need to be a student with a valid CoE.

The move-in date can be discussed if you need to move in a bit earlier than 18 Nov, but you would need to take over the full term from 18 Nov – 5 July.

just a heads up: the window in the studio does not open, so please keep that in mind!!
