I am moving interstate for professional reasons and am offering my ensuite room in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom CBD apartment for lease transfer.

The apartment is fully furnished including all necessary furniture, and air-conditioner + heater, dishwasher, oven and a washing machine + dryer.

It is a 2 minute walk from RMIT and Melbourne Central (CBD), and a 8-10 minute walk from University of Melbourne.

Rent is $360 per week + utilities and the room is available from 6th March.
Our current agreement is valid till 14 August 2026 but open to renewal.

You will be sharing this apartment with a Melbourne Uni graduate (Male) currently working as a Management Consultant. He is easy-going, welcoming, maintains a clean environment and respects personal space in my experience. He has his own room but uses the toilet attached to the main hall. In your case, you will have a private bathroom in your room.
