The lease is until 14th February 2026, it can be extended at the same price.

Move in date: Anytime from 10th November onwards

The room is furnished with a study desk, a lamp, and a wardrobe with hangers. Basic utensils are provided; includes plates, bowls, cups, spoons, and forks.

Shared common area is furnished with a TV, couch, table.

The kitchen has a gas stove, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. There are plenty of cupboard space available for storage.

The building includes free gym and bike storage. 

Washing machines and dryers are available, but cost is not included in rent. 

Staff are very helpful, and you can ask for a vacuum anytime. 

If anything is broken/not working, you may ask the staff to replace it for free.
