Wanting to transfer my lease at Unilodge Footscray.

Rent is 429$ weekly, I will cover at least first 2 weeks of rent. Lease runs until July of 2026.

The lease also includes a free shuttle service to the train station and city, regardless if you study at the university or not.

Located across the street from Victoria University which has a dedicated gym and pool. About a 10-15 min walk to the centre of Footscray/train station. There is also a bus stop that can take you near the station by 5 mins. Lots of stuff to do nearby and a lot cheaper than being in the CBD and if you want to go into the city, the train can get you there in short time.

Good apartment, but I want to move to a different area so need to transfer lease. Dm me for extra information.
