We are looking to transfer the remaining 6 months of our lease on our Victorian cottage in the heart of North Melbourne on 11/01/2025.

– Floorboards in bedrooms, composite floor (super easy to clean) in living/dining space
– AC that works a charm in summer and winter
– On-street parking
– we had no issue getting a permit from council, and there is almost always a spot available right in front of the house
– Errol Street is walking distance, close to uni, hospital, CBD
– pets allowed pending approval (we have a cat)
Also, the owners and real estate agent are very responsive and kind, and we’ve had no trouble having our cat approved to live here, too. We’d also be open to potentially selling some of our furniture for cheap (especially the kitchen island we purpose-built for the space) if interested, but it’s not a must.
